      This thermal energy gives off heat which is soaked up by your skin, raising your body temperature and triggering a deep detox. It helps to rid the body of excess toxins – like chemicals and heavy metals – and boosts circulation to deliver key nutrients your body needs.

      The HigherDOSE Infrared Sauna Blanket is made up of multiple layers that work together to maximise the benefits. A crystal therapy layer, made up of amethyst and tourmaline, emits negative ions to fight off free radicals.       Hot! Hot! Hot!

      I would highly recommend this infrared sauna blanket. It seems well made and it is stylish enough to leave out for regular usage. It’s hot after 10 minutes if you use 7 or 8. The sauna blanket inserts are a must. I have a rotation of two for my daily saunas. Personally, as I have leukaemia, I am using before wearing compression clothing and prior to my HBOT chamber as I believe it softens the cell membrane which can then be permeated with more oxygen, thus creating more internal energy and healing from the inside.

      Love it

      I love it. It is a great option for those who wants the benefits of infrared sauna at home without having a possibility of installing one. But I have to agree with another review where they mention that it is rather short and not particularly comfortable for the feet. I am 173cm and have shoe size 39. After halve an hour it does become uncomfortable. I think it would have been better if it had a shape of a shopping 🛍 bag - in that case there would be space for feet being right up in their natural position. And would still be easy to fold. Do dry brush before for better result or work out. Important to use it after the pool (first shower with soep) - I was shocked how much my body still smelled of chlorine after the sauna.

      Perfect gift!

      Purchased the Infared Sauna Blanket for my husband as a holiday gift. He plays hockey 3x a week and always has an ache or two. He's used the blanket for the last month and LOVES it. Not only is it relaxing, but it also helps the soreness of his muscles. I've also tried it and agree! It's perfect for an active family with great health benefits.
